How many guests can stay?
Up to four. There's a master king bedroom plus a second bedroom with a plush queen sofa bed, ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms?
Two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master king bedroom and the second bedroom share an adjoining bathroom.
Is there parking?
Yes, one complimentary secure car space is included. There's also a private storage cage in the secure car park, ideal for surfboards, bicycles and e-bikes.
Is there Wi-Fi and TV?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi and three Smart TVs, one in the living area and one in each bedroom.
What kitchen and laundry facilities are provided?
A fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, plus a concealed laundry with washing machine, dryer and drying rack.
Can guests use the pool and gym?
Yes, guests enjoy access to the building's premium resident facilities, including the resort-style pool, sun deck and fully equipped gym.
Is the beachfront BBQ available?

How far is the airport?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability — ask your host when you book.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted at The Kirra Suite.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the apartment has ducted air conditioning throughout, keeping it comfortable in Queensland's summer heat.
What linen, towels and toiletries are provided?
All linen and towels are provided and the apartment is fully made up on arrival. Essential toiletries are supplied. Just bring your holiday clothes.
What streaming services are available?
The three Smart TVs run Google TV. You can sign in to your own subscriptions — Netflix, Disney+, Stan, YouTube and more — during your stay. No accounts are pre-installed on the televisions.
What is the cancellation policy?
